Beginners Running Class
I’ve heard so many times “I can’t run.” “I’d never be able to run 5k.” Yes you can!!
This class is aimed at clients that want to get into running but don’t know where to begin. Each class starts with a short warm up and then a one minute walk, a one minute run, one minute walk. We gradually build this up.
Others that have been in the class a while will loop back so they get extra practice. We aim to do around 3-5k and after running we do some great core exercises for around 15/20 minutes before stretching.

I saw Adele for some personal training after finding it difficult to sustain any exercise whilst working and juggling family life. Adele is very approachable and down to earth and was really supportive of working with me to get to where I wanted to be. I’m sure Adele flex’s her approach depending on her client, with me she was realistic and did not set goals which were unachievable. I enjoyed my sessions with Adele and saw results in my fitness and body shape. I now try and join Adele’s other classes she does throughout the week where possible and count her as a friend.
