High Intensity Interval Training (‘HIIT’)
HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up, boosts your metabolism, burns more fat in less time and keeps burning fat after the class has finished!
You can go at your own pace in this class to suit your own fitness level. There is absolutely no pressure to keep up with the person in front. It’s a fun, busy, class and enjoyed by all who take part.

Adele is an excellent personal trainer. She takes time to listen to what her clients want to achieve and then puts into action a fun, challenging and varied programme combining cardio and strength exercises. Her home gym studio is packed with the latest and top quality equipment. She’s got a great sense of humour and I always come away from her sessions feeling as though I have worked hard but had a lot of laughs too! I would highly recommend Adele to anyone wanting to regain a basic level of fitness as well as anyone looking to push their fitness to a higher level.
