Outdoor training has many advantages. Fresh air has more oxygen, it increases feelings of well being and lowers depression. Sun exposure increases vitamin D levels which strengthen your immune system, makes your bones stronger and improves your mood. Outside, you’ll encounter a varied terrain and conditions that cannot be stimulated in the gym.
My outdoor bootcamp classes are fun and varied. They involve a variety of circuit training, Boxercise and core work.
I provide all the equipment for this class, which includes medicine ball, weights, bosu, weighed bar and resistance bands to name but a few.
