Your PT sessions would be personally tailored to your needs.  I supply all the equipment in my personal gym, including:

  • Running machine
  • Rowing machine
  • Kettle Bells
  • Weights

I also offer group PT sessions of no more than 3 clients.

I would initially meet with new clients to discuss your goals. Body Fat, BMI, blood pressure readings would be taken and medical history discussed if necessary.
